It's been four years since Vangie Tang released her previous album Summer Never Ends, and after two years of production on her new songs, she has finally come up with her self-financed new EP! A motif of Gemini Girl is "being green and fashionable", so Vangie designed and made five costumes for her EP out of recycled papers. As for the music, it lines up a group of famous musicians including producer Edward Chan, lyricists Lin Xi, Chow Lai Mau, Eric Leung, and Mini Choi. The songs this time are mostly upbeat and danceable like the airplay hits "Face Change" and Boom Boom, in addition to a Mandarin ballad called "Super Miss You" which features Taiwan singer-songwriter A-yue Chang.
The Gemini Girl EP comes with a bonus DVD containing 4 music videos.
