Ring and Juon: The Grudge producer Taka Ichise delivers a different type of ghost story with Ghost: Mou Ichido Dakishimetai, the official Japanese-Korean remake of the Hollywood supernatural romance Ghost. The first Japanese production by Hollywood studio Paramount (in co-production with Japanese and Korean companies), the remake transports the original setting from New York to Tokyo and changes the gender of the two characters. In the role of the wronged spirit (originally played by Patrick Swayze) is Matsushima Nanako (Ring), while the widow played by Demi Moore becomes a widower played by popular Korean actor Song Seung Heon. Writers Sato Shimako (K-20) and Nakazono Miho (Tokyo Tower (2005)) put an unique Asian spin on the original film, creating a touching supernatural romance that successfully stands on its own.

Company president Nanami (Matsushima Nanako) meets handsome Korean potter Jyuno (Song Seung Heon) after a wild birthday party. The two eventually fall in love and get married, but their happiness is soon destroyed when Nanami is killed. Nanami returns to the human world in the form of a spirit that only fake medium Satsuki (Kiki Kirin) can talk to. Soon, she discovers that Jyuno is in danger from the people who murdered her, forcing Satsuki to help Nanami protect the love of her life from the afterlife.

Synopsis
다시 한번 당신을 안을 수 있다면…!

성공한 인터넷 쇼핑몰 CEO 나나미(마츠시마 나나코 분)와 도자기를 배우기 위해 도쿄에 온 한국인 도예가 준호(송승헌 분). 여러 난관을 극복하고 결혼해 행복한 시간을 시작하려던 그들에게 예고없이 나나미의 죽음이 찾아온다. 깊은 슬픔에 빠진 준호, 하지만 사랑하는 남편을 떠날 수 없는 나나미는 영혼이 되어 준호 곁을 맴돈다. 어느날 준호를 위협하는 사람이 있다는 걸 알게 된 나나미는 그를 구하기 위해 영매사 운텐(키키 키린 분)을 찾아가 준호에게 자신의 존재를 알리게 한다. 한편, 병원에서 만난 소녀 유령(아시다 마나 분)에게서 물건을 움직이는 법을 배우고 준호를 노리는 괴한을 쫓아가던 나나미는 자신의 죽음에 대한 놀라운 비밀을 알게 되는데…
