I never had the 2011 calendar so I can't comment on it like the previous reviewer. However I did order this one right away, and I agree. Its really lovely and I love all the pictures. Only small thing is I think the price is a bit much for it and also cause it released SO close to New Years I had to pay extra for Express Shipping to get it here in time. I really think the makers of these calendars should keep these things in mind and release them a month before NY's to give people a little more time. Still, was totally worth it. ^^

 Much better than the 2011 version Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
The wall calendar is a lot better than last years' for various reasons. Firstly, this time they didn't make the silly mistake of having their birth dates messed up. Secondly, in my opinion the photos are a lot brighter/vibrant, sharper (focused) and it's also printed on both sides unlike last years' calendar. I believe the desk version is also double-sided, of course just on a smaller scale; this makes it a lot more worth it.
However, I realised that because the whole thing is so beautiful on both sides, and being the wall version, I can only choose to display one of either sides - the other being hidden. If you're getting the desk version, that shouldn't be a problem at all.
The entire package comes in a cardboard protector and also contains small round stickers for you to mark on certain dates as you wish and a "global calendar" containing 4 countries, US China, Taiwan and Thailand.
