Tong Lei stars as the eponymous heroine Yi Yi, a 32-year-old shopping network host who decides to leave her job after a bad breakup. She becomes a DJ at a radio station that's always last in ratings. Pouring her energy into her job, she sees top DJ Cao Yan (Wallace Huo), whose show airs the same time as hers, as her ultimate rival. 　　《一一向前衝》講述了周小易，32歲，豐滿可愛，中等姿色，原是購物頻道主持人，經歷了男友張誠軍愛上自己好友莊靜的打擊之後，毅然決定離開購物頻道，調入999電台。卻不料，第一次電台直播那天，由於突遭大雨，出租車被一個男人搶了，直播因此開了天窗，周小易被領導批評到萬劫不復。　

　　搶周小易出租車的男人正是全城最紅電台1088的最紅DJ曹硯。曹硯性格桀驁，三年前女友劉真的離去令他一直情傷未復，雖然事業如日中天，但內心寂寞。　

　　周小易被999電台搭檔馬路欺負，同居室友上官燕為她打抱不平，抓住機會就為周小易出氣，跟馬路成了歡喜冤家。周小易慢慢了解到，999電台是全城最爛的電台，壓根沒有收聽率，而同一時段的1088《七點夜未央》收聽率是他們的十幾倍。周小易將那個節目的主持人微風視為假想敵，從此，打敗微風就是她畢生奮鬥的目標。在這個戰鬥的過程中，周小易團結了馬路，兩人終於同仇敵愾，成為默契搭檔。
