麥老大（王風）、溫貴（金雷）、李老四（張英才）、張標（林蛟），四人結拜兄弟，以金指環為証。居於星加坡，豈料中日戰爭爆發，他們既然身為中國人應出一點力量返國從軍。抗戰期間四人無意中發現敵軍收藏的藏寶地圖，勝利後，四人依從地圖指示尋寶，果然發現大批金銀珠寶。可惜溫貴見財失義，將老大、李老四、張標殺掉獨吞寶藏。但法網難逃，張標大難不死，十八年後老四兒子劍青（張英才分飾）長大成人，誓要報血海深仇……

What A Pity

This is a great movie classic but what a pity as this VCD is quite poor in quality. In certain scenes the colour is faded and some part of the film is in bad shape. But still I am glad that this is now preserved on VCD - I don't think this movie's film reels can last too long. Looks like its a matter of time before they fall apart and is lost forever.So, thanks to Winson for releasing this onto VCD. I'm sure they tried their best & could not find another better print. A real Collectors' piece of vintage rare treasure for your old Cantonese Movie Library. |

Don't Miss GOLDEN RING - great movie!

Celestial Pictures bought more than 800 old movies from Shaw Brothers. The 20 rare black and white Cantonese Classics starring LAM FONG & Cheung Ying-Choi should be amongst these batch(?) Let's hope they will release these rare treasures on DVD soon. These superb old classics will definately outsell easily those Colour Shaw Bros Mandarin films anytimme. GOLDEN RING was made in 1965 but it is still a very good movie. Don't miss this! Highly recomended. |

This Is A Very Good Movie

From 1958 to 1965 Beautiful Lam Fong and handsome Cheung Ying Choi made more than 30 wonderful movies together.Both of them together as a team had a very special chemistry on the Silver Screen. GOLDEN RING is one of their later movies but still a very good one. Theor earlier ones made between 1958 to 1961 with Shaw Brothers Studios were the BEST ever! These 20 movies have NEVER seen the light of day ever since they were screen in the cinemas in the good ole days. Not even on TV. I hope some smart Distributors will have the great wisdom to buy these geat Classic Gold Treasures and release them on DVD.They will make a great fortune out of it and also make the thousands of old movie fans happy! |

AA Rare Movie Gem

Kwan Chi Kin is a very excellent Cantonese Movie Director in the 1960s. He directed many good films, mostly family drama & tear jerkers. This is a very good movie starring Lam Fong & Cheung Ying-Choy. Part of this movie was filmed on location in vintage Malaya (now Malaysia) - it is a rare Black n White movie Treasure. Only pity it is not on DVD but only on VCD. Still it is a real Collectors item for your Library. |

A Great Classic of the mid - 1960s

It is really wonderful that at last this great movie classic of the 60s is now available on VCD. This is one of the very best Cheung Ying Choi - Lam Fong Teamwork.
