Kimura Takuya takes to the skies in the 2003 TBS drama Good Luck!!. The drama brings viewers behind the yellow tape into the exciting world of the airline industry. Kimura plays ambitious young pilot Hajime Shinkai who, despite his father's disapproval, has finally realized his lifelong dream of flying. Now a first officer at an international airline, he is in a relationship with mechanic Ayumi (Shibasaki Kou, Orange Days) and working hard towards his goal of one day becoming a captain. The sky isn't always a friendly place for the inexperienced pilot, however, especially flying under the strict and mirthless Captain Kouda Kazuki (Shinichi Tsutsumi, Metro ni Notte).

GOT LUCKY!

Kimura does it again. with his devil-may care personality, this series is again a big success. You have to admit that his charm makes anything worthwhile watching. This is a story of a man who dreamed big and fell hard. But stood up and proved to the world he can do it once again. Watch this. |

Superb story and excellent acting! It's great to find a story that is funny and yet delivers such a very positive message. Great chemistry among the cast. Besides, Takuya looks great :)!! |

I love it there's nothing more to say.Kimura Takuya is great and Kou Shibasaki as well.That's true it's really the best japanese drama ever!The story is different from all other drama's and this makes it so interesting. |

This is the best Japenese Drama ever!! So positive and so impressive! Kimula did such a good job in this drama that encourages everyone to go for their dreams. I love this movie a lot and it's so touching! If you only wanna see one Japenese drama. This is the one!! You should not miss it! |
