賓定周、皮蛋焦及高阮三人同在電視台工作，三人出名賤格，喜歡溝女，被同事冠以「三官」之名，女同事中只有潑辣的Ema 為維護尊嚴而與「三官」周旋到底，經常引發連串笑話。
日本電視台女主持紀子到香港公幹，「三官」被派協助紀子拍攝節目，「三官」各出奇謀，更藉著同事Amy 特警男友Michael的關係，安排紀子偷拍拘捕毒販集團的過程，行動中警匪爆發槍戰，Michael 成功拘捕毒販，紀子更被Michael 的英勇行為深深吸引。
性迷官網頁舉行Rave Party，主持人千年女王實則籍此向人兜售毒品取利，「三官」借工作為名參加，溝女為實，高卻無意中被千年女王手下誤以為他拍攝到犯罪証據，遂把高擄去，更派人往高家中搜尋影帶，但被賓及皮擊退。
賓查出高被困地點，遂通知Michael一同前往營救，經連番搏鬥，卒之成功救回高。紀子為答謝Michael幫助，邀請Michael共晉晚飯，紀子更趁機對Michael表露愛意，可惜卻遭Michael拒絕。
賓、皮及高雖經過是次教訓，但三人卻死性不改，保持「三官」宗旨：及時行樂，繼續溝女！

Don't waste your time
|
This is such a poor movie, with no content at all. But if you like a good laugh (definitely not in front of your girlfriend), you can entertain yourself here. Don't waste your time watching it, like I did. |
