The revival of the bondage pink film series Hana to Hebi (a.k.a. Flowers and Snakes) had a successful two-film run with director Ishii Takashi and star Sugimoto Aya. The series, also based on the novel by Oniroku Dan, now returns for a third film with a brand-new star and crew. Aiming to outdo the first two films, Hana to Hebi 3 takes the series to new heights with more provocative sexuality and new bondage styles by world-famous rope-bondage artist Arisue Go. Replacing Sugimoto with an equally daring performance in this installment is former gravure model Komukai Minako, making a major comeback after her legal troubles in 2009.

Komukai plays a new version of Shizuko, the recurring central character of the series. In this installment, Shizuko is a successful cellist who has returned from Italy and is now married to a successful CEO. When her husband dies, the chairman of a competing corporation manages to take control of her and keeps her in a remote cabin, where she undergoes all kinds of sexual degradation. However, Shizuko comes to enjoy the process and even begins to feel pleasure from it.

Special Edition Blu-ray comes with bondage event, making of, deleted scenes, stage event, 3D footage (shown side-by-side with 2D footage), and photo galleries.
