Filled with dreams of becoming a brave defender of justice, Byung Ki (Cha Tae Hyun) is a low-ranking policeman of few words in a village, helping out with trivial tasks like distributing flyers. One day, he runs into Min Kyong (Kim Sun Ah), who works at the neighborhood bowling alley, and falls for her at first sight. His attempts to woo her, however, are hardly noticeable, and things get even gloomier when local gang boss Sang Doo sets his eyes on Min Kyong, vowing to take her virginity on Christmas Eve!
Koran comedy superstar Cha Tae Hyun (My Sassy Girl) once again shows off his extraordinary comedic charisma in Happy Ero Christmas. 온천으로 유명한 유성에 살고 있는 병기, 그의 어린 시절엔 크리스마스가 그저 온천에서 목욕하는 날일 뿐이었다. 그런데 병기는 온천에서의 치가 떨리는 기억을 아직도 뼛속 깊이 새겨두고 있다. 그것은 닭을 던지면 뜨거운 백숙이 되어 나온다는 뜨거운 물에 자신을 처박았던 깡패 방석두에 대한 기억이다. 이제는 온천파의 두목이 되어있는 석두에 대한 병기의 복수심은 여전히 뜨겁게 불타오르고 있었고 그것은 그들 조직에 대한 으르렁거림으로 표출되고 있다. 하지만 병기의 으르렁거림은 그 뿐, 언제나 포순이 복장을 하고 깡패들에게 놀림을 당하는 처지이니 자신이 한심스럽기만 하다. 석두를 잡아넣고야 말겠다는 그의 꿈은 도대체 현실이 될 기미조차 보이지 않고 있는 실정이다. 그리고 이번 크리스마스가 오기 전, 그가 이루고픈 소원 또 한가지는 지금까지 짝사랑해왔던 볼링장 여종업원 민경에게 사랑을 고백하는 것이다.

Hamster, Anonoymous and Brian C. I dunno what you guys are on about. Kim Sun Ah was crap and annoying?! What are you talking about? Obviously you will never have the talent to be an actor. Or even fare better as critics. She was great in this movie. She showed great talent and I loved the way she pulled off her humour. She was the best reason for watching and recommending this movie. |

After "My Sassy Girl", you'd think every Cha movie would be at par or even better than MSG but nooo....plot was really, really bad...like there was no story AT ALL. What's so erotic with Christmas????? Disappointing, really. |

The reason why I bought this movie was simply because Cha Tae Hyun is in it. If you're a fan and have fun watching Cha Tae Hyun on screen, then I'd advice you to buy it, otherwise, don't as the story is really dragging. |
