| The last two reviewers..you're just complaining too much. This CD is perfect and is a whole new style for Kelly. This CD gives its listeners a fresh feel and a happy feeling. If you're not receiving this message and trying to put down the CD itself then you're just really really sad. This CD is GREAT. |

| I think Kelly Chen lost her flavour, her spark a few years back already. Although she tries hard to reinvent herself each time, she ends up singing the same kind of songs. The album consists of the usual ballads and one fast track or two. The songs aren't particulary memorable nor original. But I think her singing is consistently good, it's just not been put to good songs. 5/10. |

| At first, before this album even came out ..i only heard about 3 songs...and was amazingly good. And after hearing the whole album, is like a completion with the other 3 combining fast and slow songs with good rhymes and beats. unbelievably good! |

| I do not feel this CD is as good as the previous CD from Kelly Chen. I was lured to buying this CD by the comments but I am disappointed. The main song "No reservation" is not nearly as good as "freedom" from previous Kelly CD. The picture book has a lot of good pictures of Kelly Chen. She still looks pretty and in good shape after all these years. This CD is acceptable for Kelly Chen's fans, but not extraordinary. |

| This CD is SOOOO good!!!! The music is soo beautiful and relaxing. I love the fast songs too.......very uplifting and catchy and upbeat. The slow songs r impeccable and immaculate. I especially love the Dolphin song and the song dedicated to Kelly's dad......overall....all the songs r really good. This is by far one of the best album from Kelly. The videos r absolutely beautiful....the male models r hella cute hehe. Kelly is stunning and gorgeous as always.....im very happy that i got this album.....everyone should get it. |

this is one of the best albums that kelly has made...i love the song selections..song genres..lyrics..pictures..music videos..everything!!! i'm quite impressed on the composers+producers that contributed to this release...from all time partner mark lui..to ronald ng..to robert lay..to anthony wong and even to justin!..all of the songs in the album are worth to listen i already explained track 1+8 on my previous review..so i'm gonna skip those two... track 2 - my favourite song in the album..it really gives a romantic + happy feeling..very suitable to the theme of her cd..kelly's vocals in this cd is quite smoothing and melodious..her vocals once again has improved from her last release..a good sign of improvement..the music arrangements blend well together with the melody and kelly's voice track 3 - written by justin..listening to this song gives me a feeling of his previous work on leo ku's "nobita"..with the guitar introduction and the support of back up vocals..i also enjoy this song..it's a slow song..so very relaxing..and kelly's voice in this song is soft and very high..quite hard to sing..and i like how she perform her own background vocals too..so it really blends well together track 4 - a typical chinese melody song..a bit karaoke feel to me..i like the guitar introduction and then the build up of bass..i also like the chorus..it's quite catchy and memorable track 5 - the 2nd song for 3D Gold..this time..the song doesn't give a grand w/a high-class feeling..it's a bit on the romantic side..so i can already imagine how it'll fit with the tv ad track 6 - the 2nd fast song in the cd..produced by anthony wong..it's gives a new spark..as this song has the bollywood side to it!!..so it does give a bit of indian music feeling to it..it's not that catchy on the first listen..but after a few times..the chorus gets quite addictive..especially when kelly sang in indian!! track 7 - again with a wonderful guitar introduction..the music for this song is quite soft..so u can hear a lot of kelly's vocals..and there's a lot of emotions into here too..as kelly is able to bring it up at the suitable parts of the song track 9 - another karaoke feel chinese song..since it's a bit of the karaoke side..so it's easy to listen to..quite memorable and quite catchy..this is another song i really enjoy track 10 - this song was made specifically to kelly's father..so the lyrics really bring up its point..again..kelly's vocals are really soft and melodious..and the music arrangements suits very well with kelly's voice and the mood of the song track 11 - the 3rd fast song of the album..it has an intersting title for a mandarin song..this song is a bit on the techno side..so there's a play on kelly's vocals..and it gives me her 2000 techno songs feeling track 12 - the mandarin verison of track 5..so enough said simply..this album is a 10/10..i love all the songs..like the producers+composers..and how each song really sparks up as for the dvd..i enjoy watching the production of making the album..but it's so short!..i'd wished it was longer..so we can really see more of the production and any funny things that happened!..and for the music videos..i like the storyline continuation for track 2+9..very interesting..cause kelly never really did one of these things before anyways..this album is just amazing..i would really recommend anyone..whether u dun like fast songs..or u dun like slow songs..this album has a mix of everything! great job kelly!! let's hope i don't have to wait another year for your next release! |

Good to know that she is still releasing albums. I know she is 33 years of age and, is hard to compete with these new female singers that are coming out but she can sing better than these new female singers for definite. I most definitely like her first song due to the Hip Hop style and, that does make the album stand out for the rest of her ballad songs. Well done! |

| Finally Kelly's new Cantonese album, after her latest Mandarin album "Eternal Sunshine" (when I first met Kelly's music) I was so impressed by her singing abilities and her amazing ballads, that I was checking once in a while if she was going to release a new album soon. And finally it's here, "Happy Girl"! If you're expecting an album full with up-tempo songs, you're wrong. There are only three up-tempo songs on this release, the rest is full with lovely ballads. Just as "Eternal Sunshine" she begins the album with a VERY GOOD(!!) up-tempo song, something I never heard before. It has a good beat in it and is very catchy, you will love it. Since I can't understand any Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin), is it difficult for me to say what the lyrics are all about, but all the ballads sounds amazing and very touching only the way Kelly can sing them! The other two up-tempo songs are track 6 and track 11. Track 6 is a nice song and track 11 sounds more like a dance/trance song. You rather like it or not. I listen to that song a few times and I learned to accept it. It's a nice change on the album. The DVD that comes with this album consists of some music videos and is a nice extra just as the 64-page booklet. On the other hand, the cover for this album looks not that "Happy" at all, Kelly should made a little more fun and could haved laugh or something like that, but on the other hand, it's a very beautiful picture. My personal favourites on this album are track 1 and track 8. They sound very powerfull and will stuck in your head. Overall, Kelly proves once again that she is the queen of Mandarin music just as Cantonese music and this release is not something you want to miss! |

| Songs from plugins from this album is great.The Rhythms and beat on this album is not bad at all and is relaxing. It's bound to be a big hit. Everyone should give this album a try. |

| I have heard track 1 as well... and while those people who love listening to Americanised Chinese music (who oddly don't like American music?) may like it due to trendiness, the song itself is just sloppily done. Having that said, it is also less sloppy than a lot of HK semi-upbeat songs, hence the satisfactory score. I really wish they'd do something new rather than be completely influenced by other cultures... but for now it's a good break from ballads |
