Cute

Cute.. Sweet.. sad.. Some of my drescriptive reviews of the film. It's a beautiful film. The story is simple. The characters are well protrayed. Theres nothing to fault with it... well, maybe one thing, but I'll let you find out. Just a genuine good film. |

a very fine movie

At first we see Old Zhao as an incompetent loser, in debt to his freinds and unable to pick a suitable wife, while bumbling his attempts to improve his financial standing. Ultimately, he is transformed by finding true affection and compassion for another. While there are many comic elements in this film, and several very good laughs, the title, "Happy Times", belies its underlying tragic quality. A very fine movie, but be prepared for heartbreak. |

IT IS SUCH A GOOD MOVIE

I couldn't believe how sweet this movie is. I saw it when I was in Germany. I loved and wanted to find it. Thank God I stumbled onto this website so that I can buy finally buy it. It is a twisted and hilarious movie. great for everybody to watch. |
