Poor and unlucky young man Ling Qi Sa (George Hu) has had to work multiple jobs to support his family since he was a child. One Christmas day, Qi Sa comes home to find his good-for-nothing parents have run away leaving him a crushing debt of $55,556,789 to take care of! There and then, three loan sharks turn up and demand him to either repay his parents' debt - or sell his kidneys! Desperate for money, Qi Sa unwittingly foils the plan of a group of kidnappers and saves from their clutches a girl named Xiao Zhi (Park Shin Hye), who turns out to be the heiress of the super-rich San Qian Yuan family! To return the favor, Xiao Zhi agrees to help Qi Sa with the debt, on the condition that he takes up the job as her personal butler!
