My heartbeat Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Heartbeat is a beautiful album and i think this is one of the best he ever made. All the song are really great and the only thing we can regret, it's there only ten song.
I love all the songs but my favourite is "heartbeat", this song is so sad and beautiful.
Leehom did a great job and I just love this album!

Heart of chinese music! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
First I'll like 2 say the autograph is cool. Leehom just keeps producing great music. Although I prefer his Heroes of the earth cd, all ten tracks are worth a listen. Its a mixture of rock and ballards. To pick out the best tracks I say track 2 (心跳 Heart Beat) a ballard, and track 10 (搖滾怎麼了!!) rock. Track 7 is a good pop rock song. I also say 3, 4 and 6 (a duet w Jane Zhang) are nice ballards to listen to. The only negative thing is theres only 10 songs.

A little panicked at first... Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
Hmm..when I opened this, teh cover and the case were bent really badly. :( Then I looked at the song tracks, put the CD in my compy to find that the track names were different from the booklet. Also, the copyright date for it on WMP said 2001. D: But there were songs that I recognized the chinese for, and they weren't the right songs. I guess it could have just been a computer error when the CD was written, but it really got me in a panic thinking they sent me the wrong thing. The songs are really good, though, and I also really love the extra single that came with it. Sounds very very cool. ^^ XD And I love how it came with little cards with ads for things like vitamins and contacts. ^_^ Anyway, I give it an 8 mostly for the confusion and damaged merchandise that yesasia put me through >.o Otherwise I'd say a 9.5 ^^

Simply Amazing as always ! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I waited for a good few month to get my hands on leehom lastest offerings and I wasnt dissapointed at all. Being a massive fan of his music ( and him :) ) this album is different to his "chinked- out" style of the previous albums, but traces of it is still prominant, fusing together rock and traditional chinese sounds which we've come to associate with leehom's music. Its a fantastic eclectic album, worth every penny, any fan will be porud to have. My favourites are 心跳-love the guitar bit,春雨裡洗過的太陽- great feel good summer tune,EVERYTHING - classic romantic leehom love song, 我完全沒有任何理由理你- love this, a funny and interesting insight into what he thinks of the paps and celeb life,另一個天堂- really nice duet, 競爭對手-love the soft rock melody he's got going here.

Leehom ALWAYS delivers on quality music, unique sounds, piano skills and an amazing voice- a fusion which IS is effortless and admirable. Heart. Beat is a must have album for fans, a great starting point for newbies and a staple on repeat on my iPod playlist since I recieved my copy and no doubt will for be a loooong time :)

A talented and gifted musician, who's music should be a part of everyones collection. Everyone needs abit of leehom !!!!!

Another side of Leehom to add to one's collection Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I'm always surprised by what Leehom has to offer. Each album is different, a reflection on where life has taken him.
I'm not a big fan of rock music, but Leehom's fusion of rock music with Chinese elements, made it sound good.

If you like "Heart.Beat", then I recommend checking out his earlier albums. In my opinion, albums not to be missed are "Shangri-la" and "Heroes of Earth", two albums from his 'chinked-out' period. Absolute genius! Some of the songs from there are still my favourites today.

Leehom is one talented musician and is one I will always give my full support to.

New to me... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I'd never heard of Wang Lee Hom until recently and all I can say is that his genre is kinda hard to describe...
He mixes rock, pop, ballad, jazz, and traditional chinese into it's own genre. When I first listened to it, I kinda didn't know what to think of it, but when the album repeated, I was hooked.

So, in a way, you kinda just have to listen in the beginning to grasp what he's doing with the music and then it grows on you. I find myself listening to many of these tracks repeatedly and grooving to some of them. I love his old school feel yet catchy modern tunes. This albums feels like one of ours produced in the US, but it's still C-Pop... and I "love" it! Wang Lee Hom has some amazing talent and I respect him for it.

This album makes me wanna listen to some of his older works and see how he's progressed to this point, but overall, I am very satisfied with this album. It makes me "heart beat" ^^
