　　尹童（何潤東飾）剛從大學建築系畢業，就在城市景觀設計展中大放異彩，他在作品中所提出的“城市之肺”與“時空之印”概念，博得參展者一致好評。楊嵐（袁泉飾）是開發商八方集團總經理楊世榮的女兒，她自小患白血病，絕少出門，楊家的別墅“紅樓”雖是她的家，她像是她的牢籠。每逢初春，窗外盛開的梨花變成她嚮往的自由。她每天下午以“散心”之名外出，實則偷偷溜到梨園幫忙，就這樣她成了老尹（李立群飾）的助手，老尹想的是果，她想的是花。她雖從南海見過尹童，卻早已從老尹口中得知尹童的種種。

　　楊嵐再度聽到尹童的名字，是從妹妹楊昕（牛萌萌飾）的口中。若說，楊嵐像月亮，纖細易感，楊昕恰似太陽，活潑燦爛。尹童和楊嵐，終於無可回避的面對彼此。他知道她的白血病，可是無怨無悔。她知道他的夢想。然而，楊世榮之妻方佩珊發現尹童竟是老尹與童蕾之子，竟反對尹童與楊嵐效，只因佩珊恨楊世榮的初戀人童蕾。佩珊的恨意，為尹童、楊嵐、以及老尹帶來無窮的災難。尹童無欲則剛，他可以一無所有，也可以毫不戀眷，可是當佩珊的作為傷及楊嵐時，他憤怒了。尹童帶著楊嵐逃出紅樓，他在梨園塔建起一棟白屋，屋如梨花之雪白，亦楊嵐自由之夢。這時，楊嵐日益病弱。當尹童意識到自己負擔不起高昂的骨髓移植費用，而那卻是楊嵐唯一的生路。於是尹童抱著楊嵐回到紅樓，慟然目送楊嵐隱沒在門後，紅樓外飄著三月雪，也隱沒了尹童。
