As they do every year, the girls of Hello! Project embarked on the 2011 edition of their annual summer concert tour in July, performing 18 shows in three major Japanese cities. However, this year's edition is a little different because it's the first Hello! Project tour since the March 2011 earthquake. As a result, the main intention of this year's tour - featuring two different versions according to theme - is to offer encouragement and love to their fans! The concert featured on the tour DVD is from the final show on August 14, 2011 at Tokyo's Nakano Sun Plaza.

Complete Edition contains both the WOW WOW and the YEAH YEAH versions of the concert.
