I loved it!

Don't know why so many people don't like it, there's 3 different short stories in it! However I really didn't like the first story, it really is boring, thank goodness that THAT one was NOT directored by Nic Tse! Nic directored the second story, I thought it was pretty good, I mean it was the very first ever movie he has ever directed! Give him some credit people! The storyline was pretty interesting (to me anyway), however my fav story was the last one with Charlene Choi and Lawrence...I think they make a cute couple, the whole movie was the best out of all 3 of the short movies! ZiSeeRuBi was the director of the last movie, I thought she directed the movie very well! Overall, I liked this "collection" of short stories, just NOT the first one though... |

okay for amateur filmmakers

This movie is separated into 3 sections (3 short films), each completely different from each other. One is about a girl had a crush on another girl. Another one is about a guy in love with his gun, and the last one is about first love. They all have the same theme - love. Different kinds of love. I think this is a pretty good mix of short films, I would rate this 7 and 1/2. |

innovative and fresh mix of directors and actors. My favourite is the first film - the actress Elegant Tong, portrays her character very well. |

weird but cool

This is a weird set of movies. But weird in a good way. It's 3 short films put together to make you think about different aspects of love. Sounds romantic, it is- but it also takes you down some very dark paths. It really shows the needs of love on the primitive level and on the mooshy level. My favorite of the 3 films stars the girl from the singing group Twins (Charlene). Wow is she cute in this movie. If you watch this movie and do not fall totally in love with Charlene Choi, then something must be wrong with you. But a side from Charlene-- Heroes in Love is a really interesting addition to my DVD collection. If your looking for something different, something that will stretch your horizons, something that has Charlene Choi, and something with a independent feel-- then get this movie. |
