Based on the manga by Himaruya Hidekaz, online anime series Hetalia: Axis Powers is a satirical historical comedy mainly set in the time period between the two World Wars. The series personifies the Axis Powers and Allied Forces nations as idiosyncratic human characters, and uses the premise to wryly cover major historical events, cultural differences, and historical trivia. Hetalia: Axis Powers, which began airing online in January 2009, is produced by Studio Deen, the animation house behind Vampire Knight, Rurouni Kenshin, and Junjo Romantica.

Vol. 3 contains Episodes 14 to 19. First Press Limited Edition comes with Vocal CD (US, France) and special card.
