Strange and somewhat incomplete Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
The packaging is nice, the plastic "backstage pass" is pretty nifty, but the content leaves a lot to be desired. This is the tour that Spread Beaver did after hide's death, and it is bizarre to say the least. The bad is doing some strange karaoke sort of thing with footage of hide on a giant screen. There is a strange (but understandable) sort of desperation to the performances, and on the whole I found watching the DVD to be depressing. Often it cuts into a song partway through, so things are rather choppy too, and it is hard to really get into the concert. Worth picking up if you are a sick and obsessive fan who has to have everything, but not really anything you would bother showing to anyone who was not as much of a fan. I must admit, I found Ugly Pink Machine (1 and 2) and Alivest both to be far better viewing and a better introduction to hide for new fans. Still, there is not likely to be many more releases, so pick this up if you must. My copy will be gathering dust next H.I.D.E, as I find both really too depressing to enjoy.
