The 'Golden Trio' of junior high school soccer players, Toshi, Kenji and Kazu, enroll at the new Kakegawa High School merely because they want to play with Kubo, the legendary player who learned his superb soccer techniques in Germany and who helped the Kakegawa team, which then consisted of freshmen only, win eight place in the all-Japan tournament. What evolves is a touching story filled with the joys and tears of youth, featuring the first screen appearance of the enormously popular idol boy-band, SMAP, plus a guest appearance of another popular dual, KinKi Kids.

| I bought this movie because I am a self-confessed fangirl. I loved it. Definately one for the Smap fans, not sure about everyone else though. It has its moments. |

Although i didn't have a chance to see this movie, yet! but i'm sure this will be a good movie! Because the animation one is really good... and this movie is base on the story of the animation, so i'm sure this will be a good and encourage movie to watch!!! |
