　　富貴村村長吳發，與弟弟吳德十分貪財。德知道政府要收地改建高速公路，發把握機會叫德找人扮鬼嚇走村民，從而以低價向村民購入祖地以待政府收地賠償。從這晚開始，多名村民被嚇至半死。此時發的女兒麗麗從英國放暑假回來，知道了鬧鬼之事。麗麗與村內幾名青年男女並不相信，決定相約晚上帶備攝錄機要拍下厲鬼，竟給他們在錄影帶中發現厲鬼竟戴著時款冒牌手錶...

　　Wu Fat is the leader of the Wealth Village. He and his brother Tak are very greedy. Tak tells Fat that the Government will get back the land for highway building. Fat plans to acquire the land and waits for the compensation at once. Tak arranges some people to pretend as ghosts to scare the villagers to sell their houses and leave. At this moment, Lily, Fat's daughter comes back from England, she cannot believe in ghosts and plans to investigate. She records when the ghosts appear. She finds that the ghost is wearing a pirated watch...
