Drama with a dash of Horror Customer Review Rated Bad 6 - 6 out of 10
This is a movie to see at least once, particularly if you're a fan of Karena Lam because she truly gives a powerful, multi-faceted performance as the disfigured woman. Shu Qi does an admirable job as well as an increasingly desperate mother. The story-line is very much 4/5ths tragic drama, 1/5th horror. The only thing in this film which irked me slightly were the 12+ scenes involving a screaming/crying child...after a while it just became grating. Otherwise, a good movie which really helps you to see that your life COULD be worse. 6 out of 10 stars.

whatt a scary movie!!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
Before watch it always think that it is a scary movie. so disappointed that it wasn't. It a tragic movie. Both women are live in her own isolate territory. It such a true story that may be scare you lot. But seems nobody will prefer to watch this kind of scary move at all!!!!

Sorry But Too Depressing to Watch Customer Review Rated Bad 3 - 3 out of 10
This is not really a horror movie. It seemed more like a depressing drama. The chemistry of adding loads of drama into a potentially good horror movie seemed like a big mistake. The sad story of how Karena Lam became the hag in the movie made me want to turn my TV off. Shu Qi seemed to have overacted a little. But both actress gave good efforts on their parts. And the movie seems so trying.
