A young couple faces the trials of newly-wedded bliss in the light comedy Home Sweet Home. Qiang (Terence Yin) has just been dumped by his girlfriend, and Tian (Shum Ngou Kwan) has just left her unfaithful boyfriend. A chance meeting between the two leads to instant chemistry and a quickie marriage as the two decide immediately that they belong together. But instant chemistry does not equal lasting happiness for Qiang and Tian. The honeymoon is romantic and blissful, but when everyday pressures and insecurities intrude, their promised future seems a let down. Can the young couple work through their troubles and rediscover the wonder of married life? Familiar and affecting problems between couples are the crux of Home Sweet Home, an entertaining and sweetly involving comedy about what happens after the honeymoon ends.

Romantic comedy
| It was a funny yet a sweet movie, in the beginning it was really sad cause i felt so bad for Terrence Yin (Qiang), but it was really good. The only weird part about it was the ending, it seemed like it was cut short like five seconds... The ending would have been better if he had smiled. That part i just didn't get, but the rest of the movie was really sad and Terrence Yin is a really good actor. Like if you watch him play the bleached blond bad ass in the movie Hot War (he was very hot there) and watch him play an innocent doofy guy in this movie you'd be like wow, what happen. In all it's a really good movie and i recomend it. |
