Terms and Conditions
- Customers who purchase three (3) or more items with the Popcorn Night
icon in the same order will be eligible for discounted prices according to the following criteria:
- For orders containing 3-5 eligible items, the eligible items will be discounted to US$9.99 each.
- For orders containing 6-7 eligible items, the eligible items will be discounted to US$8.99 each.
- For orders containing 8 or more eligible items, the eligible items will be discounted to US$7.99 each. - The final prices of all eligible Popcorn Night items will be changed if the customer cancels any eligible item(s) before shipping, and the cancellation(s) reduces the number of eligible items below the minimum quantity required to qualify for a particular discount.
- In the event that YesAsia.com cancels any eligible item(s) from a customer's order, the discounted price of the remaining eligible item(s) in the order will remain unchanged.
- Discounted prices will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before checkout.
- Separate orders cannot be combined into a qualifying order. Any requests to combine separate orders to create a qualifying order will not be entertained.
- Orders placed before 14/09/2009 are not eligible for the Popcorn Night discount.
- Popcorn Night items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
- All prices referenced in this promotion are in US dollars.
- YesAsia.com reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without notice. Should there be any disputes, YesAsia.com's decision is final.
