Award-winning Hong Kong actress Anita Yuen moonlights in Japan for Hong Kong Night Club, a deliciously offbeat comedy starring popular music and television star Shingo Katori! Shibata (Shingo Katori) is a photographer sent into seedy underbelly of Hong Kong along with over-the-top homosexual partner Takegami (Goro Kishitani). The two are supposed to report back on Hong Kong's nightlife, but end up as witnesses to a gangland slaying! Now pursued by triads, the two reporters dress up as a vacationing Japanese couple - with Shibata as the woman! Things get worse when they stumble into a nightclub and get mistaken for Touch and Maggie, a traveling cabaret act. But Shibata soon falls for Cora (Anita Yuen), the club's main attraction, a situation compounded by Cora's growing affection for Takegami, and Takegami's growing desire for Shibata! Can this mixed-up love triangle go the distance - and escape the Hong Kong mob?
