A parking space is hard to come by in the city. Once a crew member for renowned filmmakers Edward Yang and Hou Hsiao Hsien, writer-director Chiang Hsiu Chiung turned her own nightmarish experience parking in Taipei into an inspiring and heartwarming urban fable filled with amusing details of everyday life. They say familiarity breeds contempt, but the short film shows us that there is beauty in the ordinary. Tow truck driver A-Zong (Chiang Suming) earns a living by towing away vehicles that violated the parking rules. To him, his paycheck is soaked in the grudge of the fined car owners. Arts teacher Yi Lian (Yang Wen Wen) is one of the few who actually feels guilty about her occasional illegal parking. As "perpetrator" and "victim" come across each other one day, romantic sparks begin to fly. Winner of Best Short Film and Best New Performer (for Chiang Suming) at the 45th Golden Horse Awards, and numerous other local and international accolades.
The English-subtitled Taiwan Version DVD comes with both the Theatrical Version (27 minutes) and the Director's Cut (26 minutes).

阿宗每天依照指示把違規車輛貼上封條，上拖吊車，極為熟練。他知道在這個狹小的城市裡，擁有空間是奢侈的。他用不斷的拖吊來維持自己一家人的溫飽、手上的每一張鈔票卻充滿了車主的怨念。
以蓮同樣瞭解這城市的狹小，所以對於不小心估據了合法的停車位覺得幸運又害羞。對於自己偶爾違規停車充滿了罪惡感，拿到罰單像是應得的報應。以蓮有一雙美好的眼睛，總是能在污濁的城市裡創造出難得的純淨事物。她幫老人上美術課，召喚老人們堆積成山的回憶。這卻幫助了以蓮容易找到停車位。
一天，阿宗碰到了以蓮，像是加害者不小心碰到了被害者。加害者充滿罪惡又好奇的跟著被害者，然後總會無意的發現被害者天真無邪的迷人之處。加害者心裡的開關被打開了，迷戀著以蓮所具有的一切美好特質。阿宗每日守在以蓮出沒的地方幫他找好停車位。
停車位在城市裡如此珍貴，以蓮好心有好報，享受著一個又一個阿宗創造出來的美好時刻，車子順利滑進停車位的瞬間，她知道上帝絕對不會這麼偏心，這是人為的安排。厶蓮終於遇見一直守護著以蓮停車的天使……
