美國電視台新聞記者Mavis（何超儀飾）來港拍攝介紹香港電台文化的特輯，認識到電台節目「恐怖熱線」的監製Ben（吳鎮宇飾）以及節目主持路芙和關紹聰，決定以此節目作為研究對象。就在Mavis採訪期間，一個名叫Chris的聽眾來電，講訹小時候與六名同伴在球場發現大頭怪嬰的經過，電話播出後，竟引來熱烈的迴響，總監於是叫眾人深入調查，結果怪事接二連三在他們身上發生，先是Mavis的收音師離奇死亡，繼而收到叫Sam（李燦森飾）的聽眾電話，說見過大頭怪嬰……
With the help of 'Horror Hotline's' producer Ben(Francis Ng), a TV Journalist from America, Mavis(Josie Ho) interviews the live broadcast of the call-in program. On her first night of filming, a man named Chris call in to recount his childhood adventure where he and six of his friends find a Big Head Monster baby, and things start to get out of control since then......
