With the imminent departure of Regen, who is on her way to Australia for further education, HotCha's 2011 new EP could well be the Canto-pop trio's final album together - at least in the near future - therefore it's only natural that the EP takes "journey" as its main theme. The titular track "Three on the Road" (CM song for a camera store) and the track "Sisters Traveling Together" are commemorative of the friendship between the girls who have worked hard together through ups and downs since 2007, and the heartfelt number "Learning Period" is dedicated to Regen. Produced by Hong Kong hitmaker C.Y. Kong, the chart-topping first plug "Plain-Faced Vacation" is a summer-friendly pop dance anthem that showcases the girls' youthful passion and energetic dances.

This version comes with a bonus DVD with 2 music videos, a 38-page Okinawa Photobook titled Sub-Tropical that reveals HotCha in swimsuits, plus 3 photo stickers.
