　　主持人韓雪（徐露飾和江東（侯傳杲飾））的兒子天天在生日的那天被保姆蘇丹（劉芳飾）綁架了！

　　這突如其來的打擊讓本就性格脆弱的韓雪迅速崩潰，江東弟弟江北（李晨飾）主張迅速報警，卻遭到韓雪的拒絕，擔心此舉將永久失去天天。江北通過好朋友田亮（趙達飾）搜尋蘇丹的住處，卻發現蘇丹所有的資料都是偽造的。

　　這個結果終於讓韓雪承受不住，指責江東當初找保姆時不聽自己建議引狼入室。夫妻間發生爭執，痛苦的江東每天陪著妻子守在電話前，寄希望跟蘇丹交易以換回天天，但等待的電話卻遲遲沒有響起，韓雪精神隨之迅速崩遺，精神開始出現錯亂和幻覺……

　　江北情急之下，找到見義勇為認識的心理醫生徐麗（邊瀟瀟飾）為韓雪實施心治療，徐麗對江東夫婦遭遇深表同情，主動幫助夫妻二人分析蘇丹為什麼綁架孩子，認為孩子被綁架也許另有隱情，並從韓雪反應判斷，韓雪內心處有不願觸及的秘密……
