i got a replacement from yes asia but is still unwatchable due to very poor audio and visual.

i think this defective item should be taken down.

In spite of being a nice movie, unfortunately The Sweetest moment is in many parts shortened because of the decay of the film. The color also fades often at a point that in some sequences the only color is a yellowish and flashing sepia. It´s a pity, cos´the movie itself it´s a bit simple, but not bad at all. Lydia Shum plays the unusual role of a spoiled and evil daughter. Almost at the end of the movie, there are also some fighting scenes during which Connie kicks and slaps and is being slapped.

the movie is very hard to watch due to poor sound, color turning to b/w, , background buzzing sound. et.c..

This is THE WORST DVD that I ever purchased from your company. The pictures and the audio are so poor that I just can't believe it. You should pull them off for sales. I feel like I have been ripped off.
