Soulful " New Age " - wonderful selection.

I bought this CD after watching the drama. I was not disappointed. The dominant string music was just the right blend of melancholy and playfulness. Smooth and pensive to the ear. The vocals were apt and enjoyable. If you close your eyes to listen intently to the background - you may easily be transported to the New Age/Pop Opera genre - without the kookiness that most listeners tend to associate with. I highly recommend this drama and its musical pieces. Can't wait to enjoy them on my ipod ! |

Very pleasant music
| There are some beautiful ballads on the "Hwang Jin Yi", but what really makes this album worth buying are all the glorious orchestral instrumental numbers. The music is so richly atmospheric that I hope I get an opportunity to watch this TV series. Recommended. |
