Female rock trio Stereopony are back with a song by YUI. After landing their biggest hit thus far with Namida no Mukou, the opening theme for the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam 00, they're ready to please fans with their third single. I do it is composed by fellow Sony label music artist YUI, marking her first composition written for another act.

I do it is complemented by the side tracks Signal ga Aoi ni Kawaru Toki (Track 2) and an acoustic version of Namida no Mukou (Track 3).
