「廉政行動」由五個單元故事組成，描述廉政公署執法人員如何揭發各種貪污罪行：
《黑白道》－廉政公署國際執法機構聯手掃毒和緝拿貪污的海關執法人員；
《俄羅斯輪盤》－警務人員知法犯法，欠下貴利巨債，更與貴利集團同流合污；最後，廉署人員揭發事件，將他拘捕；
《人肉速遞》－廉署人員追查移民局內貪污黑手，搗破偷運妓女入境的賣淫集團；
《珠芒》－描寫廉署的前線工作者在工作上遭遇的矛盾和衝突，幾經掙扎最終仍肩負起肅貪倡廉的使命；
《我是車王》－香港犯罪集團以高科技偽造信用卡，四出撞騙，廉署人員勇破美國地下組統，擒拿幕後天才主腦。
註：由於母帶已製作經年，故在製作VCD的過程中，必須進行調色、重新配樂及剪輯等後期工作。但所有後期工作均在有必要的情況下進行，並以不影響劇情為原則。
