Stepping into their twenty-first year in the music industry, Japanese rock duo B'z release their first single of 2009. The first song is the mid-tempo number Ichibu to Zenbu, which serves as the theme song in Fuji TV's romantic basketball drama Buzzer Beat starring Kitagawa Keiko and Yamashita Tomohisa. Dive is an uptempo rock tune, and is featured as the CM song for the Suzuki Swift compact car. For their latest release, B'z especially invited Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and Mars Volta bassist Juan Alderete as guest musicians. The single is complemented with the side track National Holiday, a song fans may remember from the duo's 20th anniversary tour B'z LIVE-GYM 2008 "ACTION".

타이틀 곡 “イチブトゼンブ”는 후지TV 월요일 9시 야마시타 토모히사, 키타가와 케이코 등 일본 청춘 스타들이 대거 출연하여 인기리에 방영되고 있는 [버저 비트~벼랑 끝의 히어로~] 주제가로, 드라마 분위기에 맞게 상쾌한 여름이 느껴지는 미디엄 템포의 록이다.

이외에 SUZUKI SWIFT 자동차 광고에 사용되며, 스피드감과 임펙트가 있는 더블 타이틀 곡 “DIVE”와 작년 데뷔 20주년 투어[B’z LIVE - GYM 2008 “ACTION”]에서 엔딩곡으로 선보였던, “National Holiday” 총 3곡이 수록되어 있다.
