池袋のカラーギャング抗争が終結してから約3年後の2003年、マコトは平和な日々に物足りなさを感じながら、フルーツの移動販売をしていた。一方、Gボーイズのキングだったタカシは、ギャングから足を洗い、"王様ラーメン"を経営して大成功を収めていた。そんなある日、マコトは西口公園で相次ぐホームレス襲撃事件の犯人を捕まえて欲しいと頼まれ、嫌々ながらもビニールハウスでの野宿生活を始めた…。
