After four seasons as a television series, the fifth chapter of the animated Ikki Tousen series (a.k.a. Battle Vixens) is a one-off OVA. In line with the rest of the series, Shugaku Toshi Keppuroku is loosely based on the Romance of the Three Kingdoms saga, and it once again features scantily-clad high school girls battling it out for territorial power. However, this time, the students of Nanyo Academy leaves the battle for a quest to Kyoto for a seal, only to encounter the warriors of their rival schools. The girls may not be fighting in familiar territory in Shugaku Toshi Keppuroku, but the fighting is guaranteed to be just as fierce and exciting!
This edition comes in a reversible illustrated cover. It includes promotional spots and a picture label.
