Hitoe's album is AWESOME !!!

' I'll Do It My Way' is (one of) the best j pop album i never listened to !.. Hitoe did it her way, she took all the time she wanted to have , and made this album in her own style .. this album is Hitoe ,at her very best, and is full of promesses for the next albums to come !.. Buying this album you'll find dancing and fresh music; all of the 10 songs featured there are simply stunning.. And the single 'i Got You' shows what's in the album; groovy melodies, mixing pop, rnb and rap , and Hitoe's special voice, which as improved a lot since 'Inori'.. I already loved 'Inori', but this is even better, lots better.. ..Just can't believe the disappointing results this album had in Japan !.. (they got sushi in their ears or what !?..) , i now hope that Hitoe is to work on a second album .. And i can't wait for it !.. |

Hitoe is the best memeber of Speed i am sorry Hiro
| Hitoe, OMG this girl is a lost for words i am so speechless all i can say is omg she is the best out the group her music is hip and her singing is smooth she isn't screaming like Eriko or singing soft ballads like Hiro or sounding confused like Takako she is Hitoe. Her music is just right and awesome. Hitoe is the bomb and brong New York back with her she is all out sorry Eriko but i still love you i don't think no member of Speed can top her now! |

Beyond Speed

I finally got my copy of 'I'll Do It My Way', and all I can say is Hitoe did it very well, in her own natural voice the songs are about as smooth as silk and touch a velvet, her voice has matured a lot. Her time in NY easily makes it's presence felt in the music. I also like the fact that there is also some acoustic instrumentation, such as the sax and an xylophone, which I found cute in a NON-annoying manner.I would have to I appreciate the fact that she also has some english tracks on this cd as well, not only does she dodge r&b 'hoochie' bullet gracefuly, she also avoided the hip-hop 'thug' bullet in rap lyrics as well, which I am WAY tired of, and even though the accent might get a little heavy for my kokujin ears, she gets mad props for the effort. Once her english skills are sharpenend, we're all in for an even bigger treat than this one. Short of the long, if you are a fan of Speed, definately GET THIS CD. I bought this not for the reason of, "Oh it's Hitoe, my favorite member of Speed, so I should support her". I bought it because she earned my fandom & support though talent & skill, IF this cd sucked, which it didn't, I would NOT have posted this at all. |
