Isle (Japan Version)

Pop rock band FLOW keeps the energy level high and the sounds varied for their new album Isle. It's hard to go wrong with the band's radio-friendly fusion take on ska, punk, hip-hop, and pop, and their latest albums moves at a brisk pace through 14 genre-spanning rock numbers. Isle collects the band's whole slate of 2006 to 2008 singles including loud punk number Re:member, Latin-inspired rock track Fuyu no Amaoto (Track 3), and their most recent Arigato, a sentimental rock ballad that shows yet another side to the versatile band. There's also chart-friendly pop rock number Answer, the opening theme for popular TV drama Tantei Gakuen Q, and Night Parade, FLOW's collaboration with hip-hop group Home Made Kazoku.

Just to shake things up a bit, the band offers new album mixes of their hits Around the world and COLORS, which should be familiar to fans as the opening theme for anime series Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion. After the seven singles, the other half of Isle is composed of brand new songs from FLOW like Smells like thirty spirit, Welcome to my misery, and Taiyou no Uta.
