Whatever Will Be, Will Be (Hong Kong Version)
March 8, 2002 Kelly and Aaron first movie partnershipKelly Chen¡¦s first movie role opposite Aaron Kwok, their on-screen partnership further cemented with ¡§Anna Magdalena¡¨ and ¡§And I Hate you So¡¨. Kelly plays a dancer, who begins teaching singing classes at a school whilst Aaron plays a gym teacher. The partnership between Kelly and Aaron bubbles at the surface and sparkles but doesn¡¦t go any further than that. But clearly shows their on-screen potential with latter movies. Aside from Kelly and Aaron, it is the children who are the stars of the movie together with the songs. Not much to write home about on the DVD features.

Anna Magdalena
March 8, 2002 Romantic Love TriangleRomantic Love Triangle with Kelly Chen as the love interest, Aaron Kwok as the charismatic free-spirited character and Takeshi as the boring straight guy. Their romantic triangle plays out to a four-act structure based on Bach's "The Songbook of Anna Magdalena Bach", hence the title. Interwoven between the acts, are dream sequences about love, emphasizing how precious and about finding the right person. Despite the clich?storyline of two guys falling for the same girl, this quirky romantic memorable tale is a pleasure to view. Not worth mentioning about the DVD features.

Para Para Sakura
March 8, 2002 Aaron Kwok - Dancing King!Romantic comedy movie, a perfect vehicle to showcase Aaron Kwok dancing ability! Aaron Kwok stars a dance instructor who is colour blind and sees life only in black and white. When the appearance of Cecilia Cheung, does Aaron see and feel colour in his life. Throughout the movie, you get to see Aaron display his energetic dancing talent, from Kung-Fu-Aerobics to Tap Dancing to Ballroom. Cecilia looks incredibly sexy but her character is too exuberant at the beginning of the film and so slightly annoying. But settles down after a while and combines well with Aaron. The title relates to Cherry Blossom dance in Japan and describes the nature of a Cherry Blossom, Brief but Beautiful. Highly Recommended Movie with Aaron Kwok and Cecilia Cheung on top form.

Spiritual Love
March 8, 2002 Amusing Tale of Comedy HorrorComedic Horror Tale of Horror with Chow Yun Fat as a kind-hearted debt collector and Cherie Chung as the ghost that he saves. The chemistry between Chow Yun Fat and Cherie is amusing and electrifying. With Yun Fat at his comical bumbling best and Cherie Chung looking as sexy as ever. Despite the age of the movie, it still is a top notch comical horror both sad and funny at times - Highly Recommended

THE MIRROR
March 8, 2002 Three Interwoven Tales of HorrorThree short stories of horror, each linking itself to a Antique Mirror in which was cursed when a blood from a murder was splashed upon it. Each story happens within a different time period and features different characters. All about about getting your comeuppance and revenge. Ruby Lin and Nicholas features in the last story and are the biggest names in this movie. The part where Ruby Lin sees her head fall off is on a short AVI clip on the net. Quirky, Amusing storylines but not particular scary - recommended for casual watching, especially since the price is cheap. Unfortuntely the DVD is poor with no extras aside from the Languages & Subtitles selection plus an introduction.
