I have been a Monkey King fan for a long time now it seems.... The movie starts out kind of corny and not that great.. If You get pass the start of the movie and the kid, the movie is great. Its not so much that the kid is American that gets me.. its just the way that its done, is a bit.. well tacky.
Getting to see WuKung fight and do his thing with newer type graphic effects is worth getting the movie on its own. All in all this movie has its flaws but is still fun to watch.
