July 1, 2006 Interesting but.....!I found this series to be quite engaging, but, I was very disappointed to find that there wasn't another disc to tie up the loose ends. I was just left hanging and searching for another disc.... I wanted to see what happened to Lieutenant Park, if Han Yoo Il survived, did Soon Ae link up with Captain Kang, what happened to Porcupine? Did Lieutenant Park's father get penalized. All in all the producers of this series made too many assumptions on behalf of the viewer and I was annoyed as well as disappointed. There needed to be one more chapter or two to tie up these loose ends. If I knew that it was going to end as abruptly as it did, I wouldn't have purchased this series.

(10)Our Price: US$99.99Related promotions:April 6, 2006 Firework and how!!This was the first story that I've seen that was mature and thoughtful, as opposed to the Cinderella stories we usually see. Lee Young Ae is a superb actress and this story truly showcases her talents. It is the story of a young woman, who buckles to pressure to be married before she realizes her dreams for her career. On a trip she meets someone who she is attracted to and has a one night stand. Both people are engaged to others, but, recognize that they have met the person they would be better off with. The plastic surgeon that she meets is engaged to a doctor who comes from a dysfunctional family. She, Lee Young Ae, is engaged to a businessman from a very traditional family who totally dismisses her writing career in favor of her being a stay at home wife. The businessman, unfortunately doesn't realize that this situation is stifling his bride and although he tries to help, he too is ineffective in resolving the situation. All of the acting was excellent and there were fireworks in every chapter. The only complaint I had was the English subtitles weren't very good, but, the action was such that one could understand just what was going on. I recommend it highly to anyone who wants to see a good dramatic series with a more adult theme.

August 9, 2005 About "Des Amoureux...."This story was sensitively written, the acting was excellent, the scenes of Paris captivating. It was a good story that went bad in the last chapter. The writers who had done such an amazing job messed up the last chapter and made it very confusing. I'm very disappointed with the ending. It's as if they were told to stretch the story out and they didn't know how to do it and ended up taking a wrong turn. If they had continued with the storyline instead of twisting it around they would have had a winner. I feel as if I should get part of my money back based on that last chapter.
