The sold out audience laughed at everything and cheered on the characters as they beat the odds. I won't spoil the film by telling you what it's about, all I will say it's not just a girl power flick about girls wanting to play soccer, it is so much more to it; it's a coming of age story, about finding yourself, and about family, which Asian and NonAsian alike will enjoy.
