Still waiting to recieve the CD..

Well I have been a Joey Yung fan sinds 2000. Joey Yung tried different styles of music in the past few years. This gives her to be a diverse personality. So it doesn't matter what style she tries it gives her the opportunity to be a multi-talented singer and a successfull one too. Sinds I am from the Netherlands, born and raised there, I haven't seen any of her concerts, but I still love her singing. I just bought the CD and I am very curious of the packaging of the cd. So I am waiting patiently to recieve my cd. I hope it will arrive any time soon. :) |

Ahhhhh I really disliked this EP. I had never heard of Joey Young before so I took a chance on her because I liked the covers ... what a mistake! Her voice is good, but nothing spectacular but that’s really not the problem. My issue is the songs themselves as to me they sound incredibly dated and stale … I couldn’t believe this was released this year. If you like jazz/lounge music I am sure this will please you but if like me, you prefer more modern, base, electro, pop, rap, r’n’b, rock avoid!!!!! In fact on three of the track I didn’t even bother to listen to them all the way through, I just skipped them which is always a VERY bad sign!!!!! |
