First of all, I didn't buy the book yet. I only heard of it. At least, she is trying to get people to learn to speak English better than some artists who are not even trying to get people to speak more or learn more English. Second of all, you are so good in English than why don't you get somebody to publish your book. Because you can't find anybody to publish and buy your books in the first place. Third of all, you have good English doesn't mean others have good English. The book is a beginning to get somebody to able to speak a bit more than before. Fourth of all, let me see the ones with negative comments to produce a book on your own and let us review and see. I bet a lot of people will have negative comments too. Finally, give it rest. At least she is trying to do something rather nothing in English. |

Excellent for learning vocabulary, but satisfactor
| As a Singaporean and being effectively bilingual, I know the correct translation from both English to Chinese as well as from Chinese to English. However, I am not too disappointed by grammatical errors she made in the book as this is her trait which makes her unique to the ears of english listeners. I believe she'd have made no impact had she attempted to speak flawless victorian english. I'll fully support this book not just because I'm a fan of hers, but because this is a genuine attempt on her part to diversify from solely singing, and do what she has faith in doing. I hope she'll be able to live her dream of being an english teacher; I'll definitely assist her if she wants me to. =) |

Good!
| This is a well written book, its not easy writing a book and Jolin has done a great job. This book gives readers the chance to learn both chinese and english and we can learn more about Jolin through her diary. Jolin is very pretty and her photos look really good. The book is colourful and it is well presented. It is an interesting and enjoyable book. Those who say bad stuff about Jolin and her book are clearly wrong. |

I am a fan...
| I am a fan of Jolin, but I think she should just stick to her music. Writing this English-learning book is a joke! Growing up in America, I could not relate to what she wrote in her book. She's misrepresenting the wrong type of English. Sad to say, but it's sorta fobby. Just stick to singing and acting...leave the literature to someone else w/ talent. |

l don't find this book very useful but l brought it anyway because l'm a big Jolin's fan. This book is very thick and handy, aslo it's a very colorful with pictures of Jolin and a few pages where you can write your own daily. There are many chapters, chapters with all kinds of topics. l've never seen someone would teach English in this way but she did it in her own way! l finds it interesting and l like this book very much although l haven't read the book yet and l've just flipped though some pages! |
