Commemorate Edition of Joe Cheng's debut EP comes with
the Japanese single My Song, Your Sun, an A4-sized mini poster, and a DVD containing three music videos and making of.
The star of hit dramas like It Started with a Kiss and Love or Bread, Taiwan TV idol Joe Cheng officially debuts as a singer with his first EP! The popular heartthrob, who previous displayed his singing on the soundtracks for Honey and Clover, Summer x Summer, and They Kiss Again, spent a year preparing for his singing debut. Arriving soon after his onscreen sweetheart Ariel Lin's first album, Joe's debut EP comes with five songs of different musical styles, representing different stories he wants to share with his fans. In a pleasant surprise, Joe unveils his dancing skills for his first single "Chang a Song", an uptempo dance number whose title is a play on words on the characters for "sing" and his Chinese name. He even trades dance moves with supermodel Lin Chi Ling in the song's music video!

The extras are worth the money!!

I am a big fan of him but only of his acting. As soon as he released his mini album I listend to it but I don't think his voice is that amazing. There are a lot much better singers out there. The songs are ok and sometimes I even like to listen to them but I hope he is putting more effort in his acting carrer than his singing one. BUT the reason that I bought this album is the photobook that came with it. Actually I thought the photobook would be the booklet of the cd but it wasn't. That means you really get a photobook of him and this book is so amazing, I love every single photo in it, he really looks so beautiful! Also the paper has a great quality and it's a hard cover book. The Mousepad is a little extra and even though I don't need one I am happy that I got it because I like that holographic picture, it is the one that you can see above (the extra image that yesasia posted). I wouldn't have bought the album just for the music but because of the photobook it is totaly worth the money!! |
