His new cd is another example of a perfect combination of a totally new sound, amazing accompanists,combined with vocals and lyrics that still display Miyavi's distinct style. There is no other musician quite like him. Even if you thought you didn't like rap, give this cd a listen. It may just change your mind.
As for handing over the extra cash for the DVD extra, it is worth every cent. Watching the long, "making of the cd" plus the shorter clips from the making of the videos, it's a fun look behind the scenes of Miyavi and the boys at work.
