Live up to its expectation

Having read the original comic of "Last Quarter", I have watched the movie with certain expectations in mind. And this movie lived up to it. Though it did not follow 100% to the comic, the movie still carried out the main plots fairly well. Even when it was shortened for timing purposes, it still made it work through its own way. Hyde as Adam was a wonderfully well match. As the comic described, the main song that drove the movie throughout was both sad and touching. Whether the song was composed to suite its need or was matched from existing L'arc~en~Ciel songs, it still matched perfectly with the described mood. The effects was a little over doing it, but they made nice little eye candies. Scenes were filmed beautifully. Unlike the comic that gave a more light atmosphere, this film obviously is more mysterious. One of the key changes is the elementry students (who are highschool students in the film), it gave the film a more mature feel. This DVD is certainly worth every penny. |

| This movie was kind of hard to follow at first but that was intentional on the movies part. It was a really amazing movie with great performances all around. I highly recommend adding this to your collection |

This movie is pure art. A tragic love story that pulls at your heart. I cried from beginning to end. The direction was absolutely beautiful, acting top notch, and Hyde is sublime *(as always....yes...I admit it.....I'm a fangirl.......*blush*) You would be silly not to add this to your collection. |

Beautiful
| I just saw this movie with me and my sister and I think it's one of the best love stories ever. It was really eerie and pretty and Hyde looked really nice in it. The music in this movie is great as well. |

Gorgeous

I fell in love with this film. From the acting, to the cinematography, it all brings a beauty to the film. Considering the director's work with the directing of PVs of some musicians that I like, I was pleased to find the same sort of atmosphere a music video would provide. The look definately fit with the mood, and the acting tied it all off. Quite the good main cast. To find one of my favorite Japanese drama actors in such a role. I am very pleased to see him alongside Chiaki. |

| This movie is amazing, and the actors pulled off a great performance. I think that Hyde actually got a lot less screen time than expected from the previews, but despite that, the movie is still great, and the story line is in depth and captivating. It's definately worth adding to your DVD collection! I give Kagen no Tsuki a 10 out of 10. |
