Surprisingly good Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This fine album is a generous collection of Kaji Meiko's greatest hits. It's a wonderful time capsule of everything we like best about 1970s Japanese enka and pop. Miss Kaji's voice proves to be remarkably strong and clear, with impressive range. The songs all are well-written, the playing is adept, and the album's sound quality is superb. Very highly recommended.

A beautiful cd. Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Meiko Kaji is the first Enka singer I've ever listened to. The songs "Shura no Hana" and "Urami Bushi" were featured on the Kill Bill soundtracks and were the introduction I need to Meiko. Not only does this album have those songs, but it has selections from Meiko's movies. The songs "Onna no Jyumon" and "Jeans Blues" are some of the very good ones on here. I recommend this album highly for those who want beautiful music and are new to Meiko.
