Based on Agi Tadashi's best-selling manga, 2009 NTV drama Kami no Shizuku is set in the competitive and mysterious world of wine. KAT-TUN's Kamenashi Kazuya stars as Kanzaki Shizuku, a strong-headed young man who has a bad relationship with his father, a rich and famous wine critic. Shizuku knows nothing about wine but when his father passes away suddenly, he becomes heir apparent to his father's valuable wine collection. But first he has to solve 13 puzzles left behind by his father, and he's got competition - adopted brother Issei. Although Shizuku doesn't care about the money, he becomes increasingly invested in the search for the 13 wines, each puzzle bringing him closer to the father he never knew. Kami no Shizuku co-stars Tanabe Seiichi (Damens Walker) and rising actress Naka Riisa (The Naminori Restaurant).
