In this school, only God knows the terrifying things that happened before and the things that are about to happen. Playwright Anabuki Ichiro brings his play Tower of Sugar to the big screen with the suspenseful horror-mystery Kamisama Help!. Kato Kazuki (Hotaru no Hikari) leads an ensemble cast of people from different walks of life who get caught up in the killing spree of a vengeful spirit in a haunted school. Making his feature film debut, director Sasaki Shota elevates Anabuki's stage play by injecting plenty of cinematic thrills in the proceedings, proving him to be a future film talent to watch.

On one faithful day, two detectives chase a young man into an abandoned school. While hiding in a classroom, the young man sees a high school girl covered in blood. Meanwhile, a crew of "horror planners" arrives at the school to convert it into a haunted house called "Tower of Sugar". As crew member Atsuo (Kato Kazuki) wanders around the school, he feels an eerie sense of familiarity, though he's never been there before. Suddenly, Atsuo gets a vision of the school's horrifying past as he begins to put the puzzle together...
