伝説のバンド復活のために奔走する子グマの活躍を描く、歌あり笑いありのファミリー・ミュージカル。 バリトン家で暮らす子グマのベアリーには、大きな悩みがあった。それは自分だけがクマで、ほかの家族は人間であるということ。人間とクマが共存する社会ではあるが、家族のなかで一人だけがクマでほかは人間という組み合わせは例がない。それもそのはず、ベアリーは実は拾われたクマだった。11歳になったある日、兄から事実を聞かされたベアリーは、ショックのあまり家を飛び出してしまう。家出したベアリーがたどり着いたのは、憧れのスーパー・バンド"カントリー・ベアーズ"を生み出した偉大なミュージックホール"カントリー・ベア・ホール"だった。だがホールは"カントリー・ベアーズ"の解散後すっかりさびれてしまい、取り壊しの憂き目に遭おうとしていた…。
